Nurse Conception take you behind the scenes at how Nurse Nikki came to become a video. The only parts that were cut out of this video were the dead air space where we were brainstorming. This is not the same video as the one that is on the site, we ending up re-shooting it so you couldn't hear me snicker when she said "...stick it up. inside your cunt..." Thankfully, we had a dryer at the studio when we shot it.
